But these homemade versions are much more colorful and fun! Love the gator crossing and the challenge to jump the waves!
Can't help admiring the work-from- home parents who are encouraging some creativity from their stuck-at-home kids.
On my walk this afternoon, I have found several versions of these type sidewalk games. One other "follow the line" on a different street had many blue bare footprints all around the blue lines. And the chalk was all messed up.
I did not want that to happen to this beautiful pink artwork.
Oh no! Walk the tight rope across hot lava?!!! My youngest kids must have suggested this part of the game!
I remember my kids' Church dances where they did the Chicken Dance. My daughters were especially proficient at this dance and loved getting even the most uncoordinated boys out on the dance floor to do it, too.
"Almost to the end."
I like how they wrote encouraging sidebars to the different challenges. One said "Not far now. You can do it!" Another said "Almost there!"
Criss cross. Guess that means that the left foot goes in the right circle and the right foot crosses over to step in the left circle. The note to the right says "You did it" Then I guess you are supposed to continue on your morning run.
