What's Behind This Door? - Singing Time Activity
Singing Time in Primary is very short -- generally 20 minutes or less. Getting the songs learned and reviewed and still provide fun activities for the children can be a daunting task. This activity "What's Behind This Door?" can be an interesting and stimulating Choose and Review activity. I have used it simply to give the children opportunities to choose which song to sing next. I have also enclosed interesting picture clues to songs or physical challenges or thought-provoking questions or scripture references behind the doors. Sometimes I have mixed these ideas up and used them all in one session. The original artwork came from an item in the newspaper years ago.
