There's a Big Tom Turkey - Traditional
Thanksgiving has always been my favorite holiday, because I was born on Thanksgiving Day. In fact, for years I did not realize that the celebration wasn't for me. I just thought I got the best dinner and the most relatives for my birthday party, and I also got pumpkin pie with whipped cream for my birthday cake. This little song was one we sang in my family growing up. My mother had so many cute songs for holidays that she taught us. This is one of them. I don't think she ever knew where it originated.
